PAYMENT

Payment is required in full prior to items being dispatched. We accept cash, cheque and paypal. Once cash is received, goods will be dispatched. Please make cheques payable to Scarborough Music. Please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before goods will be dispatched. To pay via paypal, please email for invoice and then send money upon receipt of this. Postage, packing and carriage will be charged at a minimum of £5 up to a maximum of £20 dependent on size and weight of item.

REFUNDS

Goods may not be returned unless defective. Scarborough Music must be notified of all defects within 3 days of receiving goods. Upon notification from Scarborough Music the defective package must be returned to Scarborough Music in the same condition as it was received by you. Please include proof of purchase. A replacement or refund will then be sent (This will be at our discretion) All items supplied by this company are safe if used correctly. Due to circumstances beyond our control there may be the occasional price change.
